About
N.O.V.A. Auto Delete gives XenForo administrators controlled per-forum or category-wide retention rules without modifying XenForo core files. Each forum or category can use its own retention period, while category rules automatically include all descendant forums.
Administrators can preview matching threads, choose age by creation or last activity, protect sticky content, filter by prefixes, and process work in bounded resumable jobs. Available actions are recoverable soft delete, delayed purge, permanent delete and move to archive. Every outcome is logged, and permanent deletion is opt-in with a configurable minimum age.
English, German, Croatian, Turkish, Russian and French are bundled with the add-on. The interface can follow XenForo automatically or use a manually selected bundled language without a separate phrase import.
Version 2.x can import configured rules from the former DZ/AutoDelete edition. The old add-on must be disabled before the new processor is run.
Requires XenForo 2.3.0 or newer.
